They were very prompt and answered my questions and it was a quick and smooth process of an appointment.

Loved everything about my visit. The practitioner was very helpful and kind. She tried to explain everything in detail and made sure I left feeling comfortable and confident about my condition. She called me and explained my lab results and prescribed more medication. I am very pleased with the service.

I made an appointment for 2:40pm on Monday 6/8 and showed up at 2:25pm in the waiting area as the second person. The NP arrived around 2:40pm from lunch and called in the first patient who had been waiting. My name was clearly next on the waiting board. Not long after, several other people started showing up, including people who just walked in and made an appointment on the spot. After the first patient came out, the NP began calling EVERYONE else who had arrived AFTER me. All of them were clearly Caucasian. I (Asian) was left in the waiting area with another gentleman who was non-Caucasian as well. He had waited around 40 minutes and had arrived before several people who came after us. It was very clear that he and I were the only two minorities in the waiting area and the last to be called. By the time the NP finally called me, it was around 3:30–3:35pm — over an hour of wait time. That kind of treatment was unacceptable and came across as discrimination. Her bedside manner was fine, but she never once apologized for her behavior. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who is not Caucasian. Unbelievable.

Visit was on time and The Provider was very thorough with the visit. She also ran in-office tests for Providervid and strep which was comforting to know we could rule those out. This was my first time using cvs minute clinic and my experience was great and I highly recommend The Provider at the Preston & Forest Dallas location and minute clinic in general.
