The provider had no sense of urgency with seeing patients. He did not communicate with those of us who had appointments when he was running late. He was running over 30 minutes late.
Still working on problems appt on Tuesday
The Provider was very helpful, friendly, informative, and patient! She made my appointment smooth and comfortable!
Very professional new his stuff !
Minute clinic is very convenient for me and we are usually able to get in the same day.
I had an appointment at 3 o’clock and was not seen until 345. I asked the practitioner for a urine sample cup and while I was helping her get her urine sample the practitioner took in another patient before us which extended our stay. That didn’t seem appropriate. In addition when they called with the results of her urinary track infection test, they left a message, and I called them back only to run into a problem with them, giving me the information. They wanted to speak to her only and not give the information to me and I have a power medical power of attorney and I’ve done this many times up there at the same clinic.
The appointment was for my daughter who is about to be 20 years old. She stated that the doctor did not even ask how her day was or tell her hello. He did not check her lymph nodes, which was one thing she was there for also he did a strep test on her and didn’t even tell her that she was positive for strep. The only way she knew was the sheet of paper he handed her in her packet as she left. He was not friendly at all. Also, he had a thick accent and was very hard to understand, and seemed to get annoyed when my daughter would ask him to repeat himself.
Y’all are way too overpriced! I was in network and got my claims notification for three test that I can purchase over the counter for $40 you charged my insurance over $800 for the same test. That’s ridiculous and I will never use this clinic again. The Dr. on duty was nice so this isn’t anything towards him but how can yall advertise to be a savings and you bill this to someone insurance for a flu and covid test that’s so sad what USA has become greedy. I listened to your Spokeperson for CVS and the rabbit created to advise of lowering cost of helping others but charge obscene amounts for simple test. I’m done with CVS. 20 minutes for $800 a scam!
