The only thing I would change about the entire minute clinic brand is the charge for no show. This location specifically is right next to train tracks. For us we have to cross to get over there or take an extra 30 minutes on top of an already 30 minute drive to get there without crossing over them. When we went the train had broken down and there was so much congestion we were late thankfully we were there right at 15 mins after and we were able to be seen but only because it started moving again as they got it fixed.

I have visited MinuteClinic many times and been fortunate to have been treated by The Provider @ the Forney, TX location. She is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and kind; asks pertinent questions and is careful to not over-prescribe. It is so comforting to know I have help nearby from a trained professional. Highly recommend!

The nurse on staff is ok; we have come many times. But as a business owner, I never think CVS Pharmacy nurses have the company's back. They make you reschedule if you are late even if noone is in the waiting room. Let's be real...if I wanted to take care of my customers and noone else is here...I'm going to take care of you. So the train was broken near CVS Forney on Saturday and that's what happened to us. Our 9:10 and 9:30am appt..we were late..but noone else was in sight. And the nurse had a 10:10am appt available and was making us reschedule to 2:30pm. I rescheduled to the 10:10am and had her see one of the kids. Where are the amazing employees? I don't think they exist any longer.

The provider was really nice. I’ve been to this clinic before but never been seen by this provider. She took her time & it was my best experience yet.
