The NP was so helpful, she explained everything in detail, and her recommendations has been helping me. I liked that she listened and then responded
I was visiting The Provider from Minnesota when I developed swelling and redness in my leg from a scratch I had received from my Kittie before my trip. I was able to make an appointment to be seen and receive medication in such a timely manner that I was really grateful that I didn't have to spend precious vacation time waiting to get help. Besides which, everyone at the clinic was most helpful and considerate.
The lady listened to symptoms. Thoroughly checked my vitals. Came up with a plan to help me get well and made sure I understood
The FNP, The Provider was dedicated and explained it very beautifully directly to my teenage son rather than going over him and addressing me. This way, he understood the instructions and followed through as the young adult he is.
Practitioner was very knowledgeable and compassionate.
Excellent and knowledgeable staff, it was very helpful that they were not dismissive of POTS and how allergies or infections can trigger symptoms. So thankful for the visits that help complete the in-between needs that can’t be met by our Internal Medicine Dr.
Doctor was very helpful and the visit was fast & convenient.
The time before this visit my last visit on 3/18/26, It was at the same CVS Minute Clinic the PA gave me a test for my memory! I was not happy at all with that as she was not my doctor I see regularly. In fact, I told her that I was having my annual Medicare wellness physical 12/1/25 and that was not necessary. After I saw my regular doctor, she agreed with me and said if they ask me again or tried to test me for my memory due to my age of 70 to refuse. Luckly this visit on 3/18/26 she did not ask me or try to make me take the cognitive test.
Friendly medical personnel, went over my past history and explained diagnosis and medications un detail.

Wait time, half an hour past my appointment time without anyone coming to say it'll be this long bedore you are seen. Can't access wifi so stuck staring at the walls because you can't go far in case you're called back. Foreign doctor whose English was very hard to understand.
