The online appointment scheduling was not too user friendly. My in-person experience with The Provider was exceptionally great. She gave great tips on staying healthy after the appointment and how the medications will work, the time frame to allow them to run its course before becoming allergy free. She also gave great information on how some medications would not work best for me due to other medicines that I'm taking, that was very helpful.

My experience was great…even though it seemed as if the system placed us the patient in an order that was not conducive to our arrival time nor or appointment time because the NP called a patient before me and another patient who had checked in and our appointment time was prior to that patient and the patient had just signed in…I was still seen and taken care of

I scheduled for meningitis vaccine for travel and when I checked in I needed to update my Tdap the nurse was knowledgeable,helpful and very nice.

I do not have a regular doctor but my sister in law stated that she suspected I had an UTI and needed antibiotics, so in search of finding some quick clinic I found this. By far the most easiest experience I have ever had and it was quick and to the point. She gave me excellent advice and listened to my concerns. I know we should have a doctor but I have never gotten along so well with any other doctor and will most likely use her from now on.

This is my first time ever coming into a minute clinic when I arrived the process as for signing in was very easy my appointment was at 3:30 the practitioner came out about seven minutes after my appointment time to let us know that she was running a little behind once I got in she introduced herself and proceed to ask me what was going on she was very knowledgeable she answered all of my questions it was like being with my regular primary doctor she did not make me feel like I was rushed she took her time examine me and let me know what was going on I was always hesitant about coming to the minute clinic but I would highly recommend to anyone with any minor injuries or illness to use a minute clinic she put in my prescription for my meds and by the time I walked out to the pharmacy I thought I was gonna have to wait but they already had my prescription ready for pick up. I will be using minute clinic in the future if need be.

I’ve never used Minute clinic before. I needed to go to a doc for a sinus infection. For someone who doesn’t get sick very often, this was so easy to leave work at a calm time and get checked out and get the right medicine. The in and out time fit my schedule. I will be using Minute Clinic again.

FYI when I went to get tested I was expecting my results in 2-3 days instead what I kept getting was emails with CVS marketing instead of someone contacting me about my results FYI I was receiving 5 and 6 emails per day it was very very nerve racking so if you're thinking I'm going to give you a rave review forget it and another thing when I was signing on for a code to be sent via text they kept sending it to my Old land line I haven't had in over 20 years with the last 4 digits ending in 9604 very bad experience
