My The Provider, NP was excellent and greatly assisted me in every way possible. Because of her I was directed to the ER for a CT scan and admitted to have my peritonsillar abscess drained. Due to me being unable to open my mouth more than two inches it required anesthesia and a surgery. Providerre is a true asset to your business.
The NP was very short and rude. I know she was having issues with the appointment system, but that still should not have translated into the patient care portion. There were walk-in patients that were seen ahead of patients that had actually scheduled appointments.
I feel The Provider was very thorough and concerned about my medical issue. My appointment was on time and all went well.
I was a walk-in patient and was seen in a very reasonable amount of time. The nurse practitioner who saw me was very pleasant and seemed very competent. She was very thorough, making sure that she did a complete assessment of my symptoms. The exam room seemed to be well-equipped to provide necessary diagnosis and treatment. At the conclusion of the appointment, I felt that she had done a good job of determining that I didn't need to be treated with any medication, and she gave me recommendations for reducing my discomfort. I followed her advice and I'm feeling better. I understood that I should consult my family doctor if my symptoms persisted.
I was recommended to come because I would not have to wait long. I found out after waiting and people coming after me and being seen that I could have scheduled my appointment. That is the only problem that I had. I wish I had known before hand I would have scheduled my appointment.
I appreciate being able to be seen quickly. I would have to wait months to see my primary care physician. I have always been satisfied with my visits to MinuteClinics.
The Nurse Practitioner was great! She explained everything, asked all the right questions, consulted me about care decisions, and was very knowledgeable.
