Unpasteurized buckwheat honey, elderberry fruit extract, bee propolis extract, chaga mushroom extract, grape seed extract, olive leaf extract, glycerin, purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate. Vitamins, Supplements Caution: Not for individuals with allergies to pollen or bee products. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or for use with children. Take one serving (two teaspoons) every 2-3 hours.
Consume up to four times daily, or as directed by a physician.
