    5-HTP 200mg (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan) (From Griffonia Extract) (Griffonia Simplicifolia) (Seed). Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Gelatin (Bovine). Contains 2% of: Croscarmellose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
    For adults, take two (2) capsules once daily as needed or at bedtime as 5-HTP may produce drowsiness. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
