What is krill oil? Antarctic krill oil contains omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and a phospholipid complex. Krill are small prawn-like creatures that feed the world's most mammoth animals...the great whales. Antioxidant protection: Krill oil contains astaxanthin, which is not seen in standard fish oil. Astaxanthin may protect you from damaging free radicals.
Phospholipid complex: Unlike fish oils, krill oil carries omega-3s in the form of phospholipids - liposomes or little packages that deliver the fatty acids to your body's cells. Standard fish oils lack this phospholipid complex.

Ingredients: Gelatin Capsule (Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water, Ethyl Vanillin, Sorbitol). Contains Crustacean Shellfish (Krill).
