Exam room had dirty wrinkled paper on exam table
The np was very incompetent. Barely looked at my son said she didn’t know what cf was and she wasn’t comfortable prescribing him anything. Then charged me for the visit.

My wife and I needed immediate care for our illnesses. I went on line to get an appointment and could have done that, but your website said no appointments were necessary. We were at your facility on north Tatum Blvd and Dynamite Rd. When the clinic was supposed to be open at 8:30. At 8:35 I knocked on the MinuteClinic door. I asked if they opened at 8:30, as the signage said. The nurse answered that they open the door at 8:30 and start seeing patients at 8:40. When I was on line I uploaded my Humana insurance card. Your app responded that our insurance was “in network”. The nurse told us she was booked until 10:30, and had no back to back appointments available until noon. We had to come back When we returned the nurse told us CVS MinuteClinic doesn’t recognize our insurance, and we “may have to pay out of pocket for the appointments. We elected to go forward to the appointments because we were sick and needed medication to get better. We didn’t know if he had colds, allergies, RSV, or even Covid. At nearly 80 years old we were frightened that we were really sick. Let me state, the nurse was very thorough and gave us good advice and prescriptions to help us. She was able to rule out the most serious illnesses we might have been facing. We appreciated everything she did for us. The process you put us through were our greatest issues.
Personable, efficient doctor
I saw The Provider. The Provider NP for my illness. Her professional and caring approach was a breath of fresh air. She was kind and thorough as she assessed the best treatment path for me. I am grateful.
Friendly, fast service. I had a little trouble with the scheduling on the website and then at the kiosk at the clinic itself. It wouldn't let me progress past the screen with my phone number until I hit a hidden down arrow at the bottom that was hard to see/find. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
