i was treated very well, pleasant service provider and timely service with what appeared to be honest concern
The dr was very caring and addressed all my needs. She gave detailed directions for rx use. The pharmacy was helpful even starting the filling process during their lunch break and assisted with getting insurance coverage.
Nurse Practitioner was very professional

The Provider was great. She was easy to be around. She listened to everything I said. Iw as there to get wax out of my right ear and that was accomplished. It took a bit but The Provider stuck with it. A chunk finally came out. I had her check my left ear and there was a kitty bit there. She got out what she could. What she suggested I use to get the rest out (and showed me where the product was) I already had at home. So, I will use that in the left ear to get it clear. I am getting hearing aids so it was important for me to start with clean ears.
