Very friendly and efficient care - easy to schedule online appointment

There was a long wait and e were also told that our health care wasn't accepted but we insisted that it was. Other than that, the staff were excellent and I received very good care.

I appreciated ProviderP, he was exactly the person I was hoping who would take care of me. He was transparent, took the time to listen, and went above and beyond to make sure I was seen that day and had a follow up. If I ever need last minute support, I’ll for sure return thanks to his care. Thank you The Provider!

I was very pleased with everything but it's good for Minute Clinic to know that sometimes when they see a patient in extreme pain compared to others who are okay maybe they should consider taking the patient with extreme pain in before. I was in extreme pain and I had to wait probably over an hour. The practitioner was very good but my pain was all over my abdominal. so it was not easy for her to decide what the issue was. Day after I ended up at the ER at USC Arcadia Hospital because of appendicitis and I had to go through the surgery.

The nurse practitioner was very patient, knowledgeable. Super recommend!

The wait time was incredibly long and not at all what the system predicted as my approximate wait time. I checked in at 10:25 and wasn’t seen until just before 1:00. Was told my wait time would be approximately 40 minutes. Other than that the service was great.

So I came to be checked for possible strep. Tonsils were clearly not normal marble and 1 stone in particular on right. Was told infection but no antibiotic. Call if symptoms worsen. Misplaced visit details within store when getting nasal spray so not sure how much of my personal info is exposed. With my history of tonsil and sinus trouble usually going into bronchitis an antibiotic seems appropriate. Fever 100.1early evening at 8:07pm. Still negative covid. Now I will be trying to see my own doctor who never seems to be available and that’s why went to minute clinic. All treatments discussed: benzonotate, gargles, allergy pill (Zyrtec now), still no relief. Cough is dry and mostly hurts throat when cough then get hoarse. Oh well
