The tech and nurse practitioner were great and the process was easy... it was just way too long of a wait. Appointment was for 11AM we checked in at 10:55AM... we were not seen by the tech until 11:30 but the nurse practitioner did not see us until 12:45PM... so, it was a 2 hour appointment due to the wait. Very disappointing.
My provider was excellent. However, apparently it was the first day of AI scheduling (as staff informed me). I made an appointment as usual through the website about five days in advance and when I showed up for my appointment on time there were 10 people in the waiting room who had scheduled themselves that day before me. My appointment was delayed by 1.5 hours, which was disrespectful of my time. Please do not use patients and providers as guinea pigs for AI use cases— the old system seems to have worked (and allowed for walk-ins) and the AI rollout was a mess. Your staff and patients deserve better.
The Provider was great with me.
I have gone to the minute clinic on Pacific Coast Highway in Seal Beach for a few years now. The staff is always helpful and friendly especially The Provider. She goes above and beyond to provide extra advice.
Ease in scheduling
I went to the CVS on a waitlist and was seen in a timely manner. The practitioner listened to my concerns, I took a urine test there, got the results, and was prescribed medication that I was able to pick up at that CVS.
Quick, efficient and thorough care provided by the medical staff on site. Friendly and helpful.
Lips swelling
The nurse practitioner was very professional as was the intake nurse. The NP took me to the appropriate aisle to show me which products she suggested I take.
