Quick, professional and painless.
She was very professional prompt and thorough
Having the Minute Clinic as a care option is so helpful. I couldn’t get into my pcp’s office and I was feeling bad enough I thought I should be seen. I was able to book a Minute Clinic appointment online, check in, and receive receipts/test results all through my app. This made the process very easy to navigate.
Providera was more attentive, kind, and informative than my primary care physician. I went in for something simple and she gave me the time to talk about other health issues from my history, then provided some advice and paths forward. It was a very pleasant deviation from the norm to sit with a medical professional who seemed to genuinely care about resolving my health concerns. Most physicians could learn a lot from Providera.
Very nice great bed side manner
I am beyond pleased with The Provider, we have been visiting CVS clinic since September of last year (beginning of school year illnesses) — this is my second year working on Education (Elementary School) so I am prone to get sick and I do! When me and my family can’t get appointments with our doctors we run to CVS clinic and it’s so nice to see a friendly face! I rave to everyone about CVS clinic I am so thankful!
I was greeted by a very kind clinician. The Provider was very thorough and patient which is always appreciated.
I checked in online when I went in for the appointment only to be told it couldn't be found in the system despite it being visible on my end. Luckily, the pharmacist was kind enough to provide my vaccinations, but what should have taken 5 minutes took 40.
The practitioner was fantastic. Patient, friendly, and great with kids.
