Was very pleasant and knowledgeable and quick

My 5 year old son was seen for an ear infection evaluation by Corvah Chea NP at the Minute Clinic located at 618 Reservoir Ave Cranston RI 02910. I was unable to go because I was working so my mother and 13 year old son took him to the evaluation. My son does very well at the doctors and dentist, so I didn’t think this would be an issue. I was completely wrong. The NP had terrible bedside manner. He washed out my son’s ears, which my son cried a lot. Which is not usual for him. He didn’t try to sooth him in any way except saying “it’s just water”. A good provider would’ve tried to make the experience not as traumatic. I understand the children get upset but it was very upsetting to my mom and older son that had to watch it. English is not my mom’s first language and my 13 year old is extremely shy so they didn’t say anything to the NP. My 13 year old has never had to go to an appointment and have to be more attentive, so at one point he asked the provider if he could record what he was saying about my 5 year old’s ear so he doesn’t forget. The NP responded with such rudeness that it was uncalled for. If recording is not allowed that is completely understandable, but he could’ve just said that without the extra rude condescending manner. I would never speak to someone let alone child in that way. I am beyond furious with the experience my family had. I hope something comes of this. I will never return and will not recommend to anyone to go there.

My experience was very pleasant. Waited about 5-10 mins until I was seen and was able to get my Tdap vaccine with no issues. The person that administered it was very professional and friendly.

I was taken into my appointment right on time . The doctor I saw was very professional asked me all the right questions and treated my with the medicine I needed to help me get better. This is my first choice from now on if I need to see a doctor :)

Staff was very friendly, and listened to my needs.

Received excellent customer service from the same lady when going for my tb testing. Felt very comfortable will go there again definitely
