Very personable
I had the BEST experience!!! I was in extreme discomfort and was able to book an afternoon appointment during my lunch break. I was so happy to be seen the same day. All the medical personnel were kind, welcoming, professional, listened to what I had to say, and showed me where the restroom was. Considering I would have to wait at least 24 hours to get seen by my regular doctor, I was so happy to be seen, diagnosed, and treated in such a short time span. Thank you so much!!!
Very easy to make an appointment. Somehow I got one of the first of the day appointments despite booking @ 5:30 AM for an 8:30 AM. Registered Nurse was quick and efficient. I was able to get my script right after my appointment as soon as the Pharmacy opened at 9.
Appointment was on time!
The wait times are not accurate at all, what’s the point of making appointments when you’re running 25-30 mins behind. On a follow up TB read should not be a 30 mins behind wait especially when you already waited for the implantation. That appointment took less the 3 mins to read and do the computer printout. I have TB test every year for work and have never had to wait for a reading especially 30mins. Yet you have new patients coming in and seeing nurse while I am checked in and waiting. When I questioned how CVS sets this appointments the PA-C was rude and unapologetic and stated they don’t like it either.
Scheduled visit online, easy and saw provider within 15 minutes after checking in.
Easy to access and have an urgent need looked at. Wait time for urgent care was long though. It felt like they were short staffed while sitting in the waiting area waiting to be seen.
I scheduled an appointment 3 days prior. I confirmed multiple times. I didn't see the provider until 50 minutes after my scheduled time. I confirmed an hour before my appointment. I should have been notified of the delay.
