They took good care of me, but most of the time I was in the room the Medical professional was typing on the keyboard and not actually looking at me or evaluating me

I was suspicious that my daughter had a brewing ear infection. The MinuteClinic appointment was very easy to make, and upon arriving there we were seen fairly quickly. My suspicion was confirmed and she did in fact have any ear infection. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and pleasant, and the prescription was easy to fill as we could pick it up while we were there.

Booking and appt was easy, check in was seemless and the staff were excellent

Nurse and Doctor were kind and took care in checking me, listening to to my ailments.

I went in as a “the Provider” versus scheduling an appointment. Did not realize along with the CVS Pharmacy, they have a same 1 hour lunch break. So I headed home, to fill out the added Info (my cell phone was too old to bring up that part of the app feature. Came back, was greeted by the receptionist. She was very informative (I originally thought she was the ( Doc or Pa). After the preliminary registration and Info taken, was told I would she the )Doc or Pa) shortly (like 15 minutes). Within that time frame I saw the Pa. I was impressed with the her (was Providerbiec at the East Greenwich, CVS). She was a excellent listener, very clear on her findings (exam) that was for a severe allergy (eyes & eczema on hands). Prescribed meds - that now just 2 day later, seeing noticeable improvement. I was lucky to get in so quick without a distinct appointment. I will make an appointment for future visits. Again the two were superb. Also, I like the hours Open, versus the two (2) Urgent Care facilities in town (Coventry - closed Sat & Sun). Available all seven (7) days (even with some limited hours) is a Big plus.
