Everything was excellent
The two clinicians who took care of me at the Minute Clinic in CVS Providence were amazing, they went above and beyond to help us. They took great care to make sure that our insurance covered the cost of the visit and treatment (even though it was very difficult), they took the medical issue very seriously, and prescribed us quickly. Having tried so many other things, they helped us so much through a very difficult situation, and we were very grateful.
Staff at the location in Providence were so friendly. Despite being a walk-in, I was able to be seen in a prompt manner. Was also able to get my medication within a short window after at the pharmacy. Very grateful to the team at this location!

I was seen on time by a medical assistant who took all my info and symptoms. She then did a throat culture and had me wait for the PA. I waited no more than 10 min. for the culture results and was then called in to see the PA. He was very thorough and offered suggestions as to how to feel better. It was a very good experience and certainly was a 100 times better than going to a ‘walk-in’, where I would have been exposed to other germs. I recommended a friend call for an appt.
