Orlando was very nice and more than competent. The waiting area was clean and welcoming.

The nurse was amazingly kind, helpful, helped me not only with the vaccine I needed, but also my vaccine records. The whole experience was seamless, clean, easy, no surprise and lots of reassurance. Much better than Publix, I will definitely come back!

Your Staff makes all the difference. I have been in need of care several times over the past several years to include my most recent visit a few days ago and it is beyond helpful, especially when feeling ill to hear a recognizable voice and to see a recognizable face, one who has earned my trust over and over again. For that I have a Strong and Compassionate Thank You to The Provider NP. Her Respect and Sincerity are highly appreciated and I am beyond thankful for her level of care she provides. For these reasons and this woman, I will continue making visits to CVS minute clinic when I am in need. Thank You

The Provider is always top notch. She truly seems to care about my problem & crosses all the t’s & dots the i’s to make sure she understands my situation. The best thing about CVS minute clinic is when I go in for a UTI, they ALWAYS send off for culture. Most other urgent cares do not. I am plagued with rUTI so this is very important to me. Thank you for having great people like The Provider in your clinic.

The doctor was thorough and personable. Appointment was relatively on time. Scheduling was easy.

Practitioner didnt seem concerned at all by my symptoms or the information I gave her. I don’t feel like she did a thorough assessment. She was pretty dismissive, and only performed one test, without providing me any other options or signs and symptoms to look for. She kicked me out of the room as soon as I got swabbed, and then when it came time for results, she called me back in, but was very short, blunt, and not informative at all. She didn’t ask for my LMP, or assess any information I was giving her. I did not like or appreciate her dismissive approach at all.

Very easy and friendly care services. I have gone to the minute clinic many times throughout my years in college and my concerns and needs are met each time in a timely manner with little to no inconvenience. Very good service every time!

I have anxiety waiting in Lobby’s and busy areas such as hospitals . doing the minute clinic saved me a lot of time and was more sanitary than going to an emergency room . They actually listened to my concern and addressed it appropriately
