The staff is very personable and on time and attentive. I feel comfortable with who ever is there when I go.
Not sure why you have appointments when they aren’t followed. Arrived at 10:00 for a 10:10 appointment and wasn’t taken back for TWO HOURS. That is absolutely ridiculous!
Check in procedure was very easy. I did it all at online at home. The exam was very quick & easy.

Very friendly provider. Explained what she was doing, and why she chose the prescriptions, and what extra I could do/take at home to feel better faster. Only issue was I had requested my name be updated to my married name, but it wasn't, so there was some confusion with picking up the prescription. But when I called in to the Minute Clinic phone line, the person who picked up was very friendly and helpful as well.
I booked online, which was easy and got a few hours later the same day. The Provider (the NP) was very professional, thorough and very friendly. She explained everything to me and provided the needed Rx's to take care of my health being restored.
I was pleased with my care.

I am 24 weeks pregnant with a history of pneumonia. I tested positive for the flu and was only prescribed tamiflu and an inhaler. I was wheezing and coughing. I had to go to the ER for antibiotics.
