I was a first time walk in. The only problem I had was using the machine to get registered. Being up in years and first time there I had trouble knowing what to do since the machine kept asking for a confirmation code which I did not have so thought is was used for an appointment that was set online. Anyway I needed help to get through it. Hoping next time I hope this will be easier.
