The health care professional went out of her way to accommodate us. Squeezed us in right at closing and was gracious about doing so.

I found the Minute Clinic via a Google search. I had several, extremely negative experiences at other urgent care facilities so I was apprehensive about a new place, but I was in a lot of pain so I knew I needed to be seen by someone. The online scheduling was easy, and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. I saw The Provider and not only did she take the time to listen, which is rare these days from medical professionals, she was warm and friendly. By the time I left, I had a diagnosis and my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy next to us. My prescriptions were ready to go when I got there. It is so refreshing to have a positive experience for once. I will definitely go back if I need help in the future.
