Very nice professional service. I’ve been here before and always received great care

The service was easy, precise and fast.

The Provider was pleasant and polite. Answered my many questions. Didn't rush. Seemed knowledgeable.

I was charged a full amount for a sports physical that I needed in an emergency only to be told that I needed to go to my pediatrician. I was only coming here because I needed a health form in a time window and the pediatrician did not have any appointments available. I basically wasted my money and 2 days trying to do this and also the web and app interfaces are terrible.

The NP was over 1 hours late for the appointment, and insisted on updating medical records that could have been update from The Provider from my primary care doctor.

The ear cleaning was both ineffective and harmful — to the point that the PA prescribed antibiotics to treat the harm to my ear. I went to an ENT doctor the next day and they said there was still wax blocking my ear canal.
