It was a good experience. The wait was a bit longer than anticipated but the service was excellent
I regularly go to this MinuteClinic because of the outstandingly kind service that I receive from The Provider. She is consistently helpful, polite and gives excellent insight and answers to my questions. I have recommended many of my friends to go to this Clinic because of her! The process is always easy and quick. Thank you for providing such good care providers like The Provider! She makes a positive difference and is an asset to this CVS MinuteClinic.

The nurse practitioner was amazing
doctor was very personable and professional
There was not a long wait. The NP was a good listener and very clear and specific about next steps. She provided solutions to insurance challenges so that I could receive care. My urgent needs were met. I was without my medication while travelling. I needed a 2 day supply to cover me until I a was able to get home. She asked many specific questions in order to make no error in the number and dose. She was pleasant and professional.

Absolutely rude nurse practitioner. The app did not let me check in prior to my scheduled time so I arrived EARLY by 2 mins for my 9:40am appt on Sunday and checked in at the kiosk. A walk in had checked in just before me and the nurse called them in and told me I’d need to wait 15 mins—25 mins later I was seen. Door slammed in face. Terrible customer service and care.
