Wait time was a bit long especially with having to arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment to check-in. Another patient who had the same appointment time as me was incredibly rude to the nurse practitioner which I did not appreciate and tried to get ahead of me although arriving after me.

The PA prescribed Dicloxacillin knowingly I'm allergic to minocycline. And now I have a bad reaction from that.

The nurse on 9/19 at 11:30 was very aggressive with the strep test. She did not look at all. She just had me open my mouth, and she continuously kept pushing the stick back into my throat. I was extremely uncomfortable and would never go back to this location. Her carelessness in looking at my throat and swapping was horrifying. She needed to be looked at because that was not ok.

Nurse was running behind schedule but service was excellent. I find Minute Clinic and CVS relationship confusing regarding scheduling, record keeping, and payment. Confusing as to why some vaccinations covered under insurance when administered through CVS Pharmacy and not covered when administered by Minute Clinic in the same building.

I came for earwax cleaning but ended up not having my ear cleaned (I understand this is not the practitioner's fault but I've had this procedure done MANY times in the past and always had my ears cleaned). In addition, the nearby MinuteClinic was closed so in the future I'll look for closer healthcare providers for my minor healthcare needs.

booked a covid and a flu vaccine which Tufts Medicare Preferred website indicated was covered if i got them at Minute clinic. when i arrived was told only covid was covered and flu was a charge over $100. had to book another appointment at CVS. really inconvenient

I wanted a pharmacy appointment and on the website was directed to Minute Clinic. Staff in the pharmacy were rude and wouldn't help with appointment. Appointment ran 40 mins late. The provider was wonderful but the process was horrible.

Minute Clinic is great - BUT CVS in Wellesley confuses customers with two completely separate Vaccine options - Pharmacy and Minute Clinic - a simple sign that explains there are two options and that if you have checked in at Minute Clinic you do not need to go over where it says Vaccine Checkin at the Pharmacy side. Will make it easier on employees not having to deal with and have to try to explain to often baffled customers like me!!! They're busy enough.

I scheduled it online and arrived when expected and just had to wait 5 minutes. You do have to go online there in the store and state you have arrived. I think for some folks that part may be a bit tricky.

The overall experience was good. I wish the check-in was easier. It asked for my card and the swipe didn't work. Other than the practitioner was extremely good. I rated high only because of the practitioner

Once I was seen by the clinician it couldn't have been a better experience. I arrived a few minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment, checked in and was told to stand in line of about 6 people near the pharmacy counter. After a 20 minute wait, I was told I was scheduled for the Minute Clinic for my vaccine, and not the pharmacy. The pharmacist who checked me in upon my arrival pointed me toward the pharmacy line. The clinician from the Minute Clinic (basically adjacent to the pharmacy), said she had seen that I had checked in so was surprised when I didn't show up for the appointment. She said she had called my name, but at no time did she walk over to the line of people to seek me out. I was able to be seen even though I was 20 minutes “late” showing up. In the end not a big deal, but assuming people are new to the CVS where they are getting vaccinated, there should be better signage, or information upon check in. It all worked out in the end, but could have been smoother.
