The Nurse Practitioner was welcoming and personable, very knowledgeable and helpful. The appointment was fast (and the waiting time was very short), but I never felt rushed out.
The Dr or NP whoever I see there is great. Signing in is not great. Always difficult.

Yes, I was very pleased with this minute clinic session. I think best I have had in past. Promptly seen 35 minutes wait (during which time I found a back brace for another family member needing in CVS). Seen professionally and nurse seemed very knowledgeable an experienced. Already recommended to a friend and family member. I had been warned that this Watertown branch Minute Clinic had very bad reviews online (2 stars?). So hope to crank that rating up. :)
I’m a foreigner. I need a physical exam and do TB test and vaccination. I ever knew if I do TB test and vaccination in the same time. The results might be positive. Although the nurse there told me about it , but she didn’t suggest me to take it separate times. So I need to do a chest test that cost over 100. I felt upset that I chose your clinic over other clinics

Nurse was very thorough and made time in her busy schedule because she could see my distress/pain. Very kind and pointed out that I was behind in some vax.
