It was easy. Not everyone had their own personal doctor, with service like this really helped
You get checked faster than going to emergency room. And your results are quick.
The NP was professional and thoughtful in her assessment.
The provider was great, I would go back for that reason. I will make appointment on app in the future. Several openings were available online, so I just went over. After checking in on the kiosk, I was assigned a time 2 hours later. That was frustrating. There were large dustballs behind the exam table, visible to any patient sitting in the triage chair. Not exactly what you want to see in a healthcare facility.
Incorrect diagnosis and thus purchased treatment items I did not need
The provider who gave me care was really great.

The nurse practitioner, The Provider is an excellent clinician. Her care was thorough and detailed along with a caring and compassionate demeanor. I was confident in the care I received.
I need to get my stitches removed and they made it much easier than my doctor’s office was doing. I really appreciate it how simple it was to schedule, go in, and get the stitches out.
