Competent and friendly nurse
Excellent staff.
I had a 9:20 appointment for a COVID vaccine. One of the first appointments of the day. I was finally ushered in at 9:55. I have no idea what the delay was. Then it took the NP at least five minute to find a suitable batch of vaccine; there was some problem with the first two she tried. Once she finally had a good one, I was injected and out. But between this, and the pharmacy in the same store running out of vaccine a couple of weeks earlier (and not notifying me), I'm not coming back to CVS for vaccines.
The nurse who helped me was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He made the experience pleasant and painless!
NP Osilama took me early, was professional, figured out what was wrong and set me up with instructions if I needed further care. I hope he’s there if I ever need to go back.
The PA's were on time, helpful and I enjoyed watching the more experienced PA train the new PA>
