The provider was very thorough and professional in her dealings with me.
The Provider was available to help me with no waiting. Checked all my vaccination history to determine I was fully up to date except for Covid booster which I got.
My experience with the CVS minute clinic was a good one. The nurse practitioner was were very kind and knowledgeable and answered a lot of my questions. My only complaint would be that my appointment said it would be at 11:40 and I did not get in until after 12:30.

Solved the problem.
Had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to see dr. Dr spent most of time typing and looking up information on computer. I know I had a sinus infection based on previous experience with sinus infections. She wouldn’t believe my throat didn’t hurt, and said there were a lot of respiratory things going around. Would not treat my sinus infection. Had I known I could do evisit with primary dr on a SundayI would have not bothered trying minute clinic. I went home and found I could do evisit. Couple hours later I had a prescription for my sinus infection

I was in and out WITH medication in an hour (strep)! I was so pleased with how quick the process was. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re sick!
I liked being able to set up my appointment online and check in on my phone when I got there. I didn’t have to wait for the doctor. She was ready for me at my appointed time. She had excellent advice and provided me with a prescription I could pick up while at the store. Super convenient and extremely helpful. The exam room could use a “face lift” but I was very pleased with the ease of the experience.
