The nurse practitioner that helped me was so fantastic, didn't make me feel rushed and was so kind and helpful! I was very happy with her, she's great at her job!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment. I didn’t have to wait like you typically do at a regular doctors office and was brought into the room right on time. The NP working that day was very nice ( his name was The Provider), was easy to talk to and very professional. I was in and out in about 30 min at most and got a prescription for what I needed. I love the concept of the Minute Clinic in dealing with common, non- serious illnesses. I feel people would be less apt to postpone medical care having the convenience of the Minute Clinic vs the hassle of waiting to get an appointment at a traditional clinic. I’ve used them many times over the years and have always been pleased with the staff and care I’ve received.

I needed medical advice but did not feel it was necessary to go to the ER as I do not have a primary care physician. This is my first time visiting a minute clinic and I had a wonderful and pleasant experience. The NP was very professional and I felt my time was spent wisely.

I was under the impression that selecting a time in the waiting room was making an appointment. I arrived to find out that I was in a first come first served situation. It would have been a better use of my time to book an actual appointment but your booking site gives a vague impression of booking an appointment, when it doesn't.
