The Provider, the NP was Professional Knowledgeable and Invariably Courteous.
I came in and then nurse practitioner there really explained the steps and made my vaccine easier process.
The reason for the high score is that I love the availability to make appointments online. I also think the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and goes out of there way to help make the experience top notch because they go above and beyond when prescriptions didn’t process correctly and they call you to help work through the problem to find a solution.
Easy to schedule, wait time was fast, office was clean, doctor was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, was able to get my prescription at the same location within minutes.
Our doctor made us feel very welcome in the space. Any healthcare-related visits are usually nerve-racking, but our doctor made us feel very comfortable. It is actually because of our previous experience with our doctor that we came back to this specific minute-clinic.
