Easy to walk in. Website said I couldn’t schedule ahead of time, I felt that was a negative
apologetically i can’t remember my providers name but, she was so attentive and receptive to my responses. i was putting off coming in but she made my experience quick and as painless as possible for being as sick as i felt.
The staff was totally pleasant and professional. I suppose it is necessary for some reason, but I didn't like going through my medical history and medications just to have earwax removed.
Very excellent service
I got in for my appointment and was taken in right on time. Providerle was great and fast with a diagnosis and treatment. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and in a way that I was that was easy to understand.
The nurse practitioner was great. Kind and helpful. Thanks!
I was SO impressed with the kind and thorough care provided by the NP. The testing I needed was fast and discreet. I appreciate that MinuteClinic was available to help faster than any other provider, too!
The provider was absolutely amazing and cared for me exactly the way I needed. With urgency, empathy, and patience. She squeezed me in at the end of her packed day cause she could see how much pain I was in. Bless her!
So glad I was able to be seen on on a Sunday and that I got my prescription filled right away and the provider gave me a tip on how to get it filled quickly. However she gave no information on when I should start feeling better and what to do if I didn’t feel better. When I asked follow up questions she had limited knowledge and didn’t advise me about how to get my questions answered
