The nurse was fantastic. So helpful and kind

The services were good but l would love in service continuity for feedback on results because not everyone can read and understand or interpret these results. It's true l had a phone call but not everything was understand in that phone call.

Care provider was excellent. Process was simple. Visit cost is very expensive for "convenience" care.

I was able to get seen and a timely manner. The room was neat and orderly and my care provider was friendly and professional.

The clinic doctor was nice and helpful. I made the appointment because I have learned that in order to receive prior authorization for a GPL-1 drug, I need to see a cvs weight loss program doctor. (Not that this was explained to me at any point when I've called to inquire into the process). I had previously called cvs to find out which other gpl-1 drugs were covered, as it was recommended by my primary to try a different drug than wevogy. I called and spoke to someone at Caremark who told me that my plan covers mounjaro. So I wanted to try that. And aren't I surprised to learn that there are pre-existing requirements to get approval for mounjaro. The customer service person at Caremark must have conveniently forgot to mention that when I called about it. I hate cvs. I think they intentionally try to steal my money with bogus office visits and I'm sick of it. I wouldn't have ever bothered to make an appointment had I known I wouldn't qualify for mounjaro. Now I have to go through a whole process to get my money back. It's a crock of shit.
