Easy to schedule an appt thru the web, timely and excellent customer service.
Everything was great...nurse practitioner was great! The only thing I had a hard time with was filling out my info on the computer. I am not great when the info is not taken on the first time I fill it out. It took 3 times to fill in my name, address, etc. and it still was not great. It would ask me a question and then say that was not correct. This was the only "not so great" time. But the rest, I was very thankful for!
The minute clinic in Ashland is the best ever. They are kind and personable. I trust them and have always gotten cared for quickly. I highly recommend this minute clinic to all my friends
I have had the same nurse practitioner for last two visits. She listens and is personable. I feel comfortable with her and her advice. I am frustrated that I cannot get in to see in person my primary doctor for non scheduled out illnesses. I do not know months in advance when I will have an ear infection etc….This is Bad medicine!! I am grateful for CVS’s minute clinic services and this particular nurse practitioner.
It was quick and easy, the doctor was kind, and we were able to find out more about my son's sickness.
