Very professional and helpful answering all my questions
she is nice, smart and quick
I love being able to schedule online and not having to wait hours at an urgent care or ER. I like the convenience of not having to wait a week or two for an appointment at a doctors. I recommend adding an extra practitioner at Strongsville location on weekends. 😞Please work on your app/ website. I can schedule appointments. However, cannot update my information and or open up followup information sent to me about appointment.
We received a prescription that was not covered by insurance. We found this out at the pharmacy afterwards. It would have been $1200 out of pocket. The pharmacist said they would ask her for a different script, but we never heard back. We ended up seeing the primary care physician in office the next day and got a new script.
The reason for my score is because they did the things I needed to have done in a pleasing and helpful manner.

I was treated very professionally. I felt like I was given great care and information.
Way better than urgent care. I like that you can make an appointment instead of waiting hours. Another urgent care in the area was closed on weekends. Recommend having 2 people working on the weekend. The load seems too heavy for 1 person.
