We had a beautiful experience. It’s not every time you meet a nurse who treats you well with respect. Providery was amazing.

We had a wonderful experience at Minute Clinic. We were able to schedule within two hours. The Provider was great with my very nervous son. My son then did not make it to the bathroom and vomited on the carpet in the store. The employee who came to help (I did not get his name, he was a man who was working on stocking shelves, etc.) could not have been nicer, including wishing my son well as we left the store. We are very thankful for them both, as well as for the pharmacy staff who quickly filled his prescriptions so we could be on our way.

I'm recording a video. But I wish I had taken pictures. Not trying to call people out but this store was filthy. I when to the bathroom during my physical and there was food with mold and ants on the floor. You could see it had not been mopped or vacuumed in quite a while. I truly don't blame the managers at the store level. But I think corporate needs to evaluate the cost savings of labor. I am not an employee or a friend of an employee. Just to be clear. But maybe an outside company to help. If you have any questions please contact me. But it's not good. And I'm sure it hasn't changed since my visit. Thank you Providerc
