I had the chance to work with two friendly, capable personnel. The Nurse practitioner was asking questions and filling in the computer. The nurse was taking my vitals. Both were easy to talk to, and they showed concern. They asked excellent questions. I was very impressed.
I was grateful to find a clinic open that could help me with my bronchitis on Easter day.
Provider was rude, didn’t listen and interrupted me when I was only halfway through my symptoms. Never went back and let me finish. I’m not confident in the test results because the throat swab she initially took, barely touched the back of my throat as she gave me no warning. Then it came back invalid yet she used the same swab to run the test again. And after all that, she prescribed me a medication that has an ingredient I’m allergic to.
You are overworking your nurse practitioner and it terrible to watch.
I took off two points because I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. It seems CVS is overbooking the Minute Clinic appointments.
The nurse practitioner Providerana huddle was outstanding.he
I was seeing when I went in for my appointment. The nurse practitioner named The Provider ran both a strep test and Covid test. After thorough examination, she gave me a prescription. I would write The Provider somewhere in the above 10 range. She was very professional and I’m glad I got an opportunity to tell somebody. Hopefully she’ll get the feedback as well.
Care was great.
The np diamond was great. But I had appt the day before they np there delayed me and had me sitting. I ultimately canceled it. Then went the next day. The Provider did amazing and was very understanding of me being upset about the prior appt. This clinic I wi never go back to nor visit.
