Quick service which was nice. The tech (doctor? nurse?) didn't introduce herself and was pretty gruff until the very end. Not a lot of empathy - felt like she was just tired of milling patients. She was kind at the end of the appt, but might want to try to apply that throughout.

I was able to get appointment same day at time convenient for me.

The NP who helped me was personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She made the experience as pleasant as possible.

I was forced to provide credit card info to confirm my visit which I reluctantly did because I have private insurance and a HSA. At the time of my visit I confirmed with the provider that my insurance would be billed and not my credit card. I was told that is correct and there is nothing due. My insurance processed the claim and paid from my HSA. I was later charged the exact same amount on my credit card. When I called to ask about the billing, the representative said they couldn't help me until the check is received from my insurance. When asked why they couldn't let the insurance claim process complete they said the EOB didn't show it was being paid by HSA. I asked for a copy of the EOB they have because mine shows it is being paid by EOB and they said they can't share the EOB with me. When asked how do we rectify this they said wait for the check to be received up to 4 weeks. I told them I would just have to dispute the charge on my credit card. The other extremely concerning issue is when I logged in to MinuteClinic I was able to view another patient's visit summary with their information. I am concerned someone else was able to also download my patient information.

The Provider is awesome and I think she even has a sixth sense- she knew what was ailing me as soon as I walked through the door. I got thorough relief so quickly thanks to the meds prescribed to me.

Agent on call told me once then I confirmed it at the end of the call that my visit to get a quick strep test would only cost $39. I was surprised, but she confirmed it for me before I hung up. Only to find out that it cost me $215. Not sure what I should do because I was already miserable with allergies. I agreed in tears to have the visit and paid $215. Honestly, I feel like the clerk should be reprimanded and she ought to pay my bill to learn a lesson. She hurts your brand.
