the doctor i saw did not give me any papers about my appointment. she misfiled my prescription and i was unable to get any of my antibiotics needed. she did not properly check my temperature or listen to my breathing sounds, i was sent home with no medications and undiagnosed RSV that has now gotten worse and almost sent me to the hospital.

I had an appointment yesterday due to a severe sinus infection. After a long wait, The Provider gave me a short examination & saw that I was miserable. She felt my sinuses & said they were very swollen & I told her my symptoms which are keeping me up at night. Also told her that I had to take antibiotics in mid March due to an abscess while having a root canal. My dentist in AZ didn’t want the infection in my blood stream. She said there was nothing she could do for me & sent me on my way. She seemed not to care at all. The Minute Clinic in AZ would never send you away without trying to help you feel better. So disappointed.

I was taken in pretty quickly. The provider was very nice and explained everything to me clearly and printed out info. for me too.

At age 62 I know my body. I was up the night before with severe ear and throat pain. At 3 a.m., I made a clinic appt as my PCP is off on Wednesday. After both strep tests were negative, I was told I had no bacteria and it was just allergies. I said this is how my symptoms start could I please get at least a 7 day antibiotic to ward off severe symptoms. Again was told I had no reason for one. So here ai sit at work, miserable, still no better.

They removed the wax, however poked my ear qith a harder instrument and now I have a sore ear and throat on that side.

The Provider the nurse practitioner was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Wonderful NP, knowledgeable, friendly, straight forward and gentle.

I had an appt schedule for noon and was not seen till 1:05.

The practitioner at the Belle Vernon store was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to return if I needed care.
