The Provider the Practitioner was very cordial and professional!

I felt like the person did not understand what they were doing. She was saying the bad taste in my mouth was heart burn. But I know what heartburn is and that was not it. I have a sinus infection. I am not sure why she would say that . It was so odd to me. I also visited another location back in February because I wasn’t feeling good. I was sent home no treatment. The next day I’m In the ER with low pulse ox and pneumonia. I just don’t feel they can adequately dx. It seems to be just a place to get a little cut patched up and not illness. I will not be using again. I only went because the doctors were closed and I needed help.

Scheduled me for my follow up on a Saturday only to get an email saying they decided to close the clinic n I was barely able to reschedule absolutely ridiculous!!! I will not be coming back!

I had a great experience at this clinic, even though I wasn’t feeling great I felt great comfort from the NP, The Provider. She was so kind and gentle and patient, and she truly cared about making me feel better. She was also so kind to follow up with me twice yesterday to make sure I was OK and had continued care. She deserves to be applauded for her wonderful service. She is truly an asset to CVS. I will definitely return to this location in the future if needed because of her.

I had an amazing experience using Minute Clinic. I knew I had strep throat before going into Minute Clinic, so when I went in, I informed the nurse practitioner that I had it, and what was going on. She listened to me, agreed with me, tested me, and was so informative and sweet. She had the best bedside manner.

The NP, The Provider greeted me by my name with a smile. Asked me how I was feeling in general, other than just my reason for the visit. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was very warm and welcoming. She then got right to my issue, diagnosed it, sent the prescription right to the pharmacy and sent me on my way with a have a nice day.
