I was seen promptly and my clinician was very professional and informative. Need to get rid of the fruit flies in the clinics room! I felt terrible for her having to work in there all day.

I did not have a good experience with the nurse practitioner yesterday. As soon as I sat down in her office, her comment was.” you don’t look sick.” so I believe that she had made up her mind before she had even examined me. Furthermore, I am 66 years old and know when I’m sick. Finally she tells me all the reasons why she’s NOT going to treat me. This morning I went to a doctor in an office. After he examined me, he told me I needed an antibiotic and a steroid. He actually listened to me and took time to examine me and make a diagnosis of a sinus infection, and the beginning of an ear infection likely due to the fluid in both my ears. He then proceeded to send a prescription to CVS, the very one where I was denied treatment. Check your records and receipts.
I felt that practitioner was very concerned about my health. She was kind and understanding.
