Came in for a tetanus shot because of a wound on my hand. Person giving shot put on gloves, typed on a computer keyboard with her gloves which became contaminated with germs from that & then she never changed gloves but proceeded touching my shot, my arm, and my band aid. This did not sit well with me at all. Then she noticed blood on the paperwork from my hand & never offered a band aid for it! There was someone else over seeing this person but they never said anything about the gloves. Also, I never saw the person administering the injection was their hands at any time.

Sometimes a healthcare provider is going to see you on some of your worst days. How they handle that says a lot. I so appreciated the staff taking such kind care of me.
