I was not told a diagnosis

I am 19 years old and I have insurance. My pediatrician stopped seeing me after I turned 18. Well, I've been away at college and haven't found a PCP yet and needed a physical before I head back to college where I play volleyball. The physical was $109, and honestly it was no different than what you give to kids playing sports in middle school. That's not the part that bothers me as much as how I was treated by The Provider. She was incredibly rude to me and then rude to my mother when my mom later went up there to confront her. She wasn't sorry or remorseful. She continued to be rude to my mom and my mom walked away. As my mom was walking out, The Provider yelled, "do you want me to give you a number you can call corporate?!" She shouted this in front of the people waiting in the lobby area, too. It was VERY unprofessional and embarrassing. Lesson learned here, I won't ever return to this location, nor recommend this location to anyone.

I had a apt at 3:20 they told me to check in at 3 when I got there so I did there was 1 patient in front of me so that meant I was next but apparently they skipped me several times even though I had an appointment scheduled and they told me they didn’t take appointments even though the app I used and the list that was showing me that I was before anyone else to be seen and I was sick 🤒 and needed to be seen I was not happy to have to wait and they told me it was because of corporate told them to do it 😠

I was seen right away because someone gave up their appointment so I could see the doctor

Doctor very welcoming. Understood my problem and resolved my issue very quickly.

Quick and easy to setup an appointment was seen promptly and illness diagnosed and treated (inner ear infection)

NP was very professional and nice
