The Provider was fantastic. Very personal and kind!
Nurse practitioner claimed she could not find my veins, didn’t try, and told me to go somewhere else. There are no appointments available in my area for the next several days and none on the weekend. This is an incredible inconvenience because eod her inability to do what is expected.
The video request is intrusive and awful. However, the NP who saw me took her time with me to carefully exam me and to document my symptoms. While I still am suffering the allergies that brought me to the clinic, after testing I was relieved to know I was not contagious and could be around my family. She had a great manner and I appreciate her thoroughness.
Easy to schedule. I was going to schedule online but it told me my location had no wait but then I waited an hour. It was fine, would have brought a book. There were 3 other appts in front of me.
Doctor was knowledgeable, professional, and polite
Providera was very nice, friendly and professional and resolved my ear wax problem.
Nurse practitioner who saw me did not put in for the necessary antibiotic prescriptions. She claimed to, but it is not in any of my medical files.
I arrived to my appointment on time at 10:50. When I got there, the NP was with someone and there was another person waiting. She apologized and said there would be a delay. I then had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. I have never had to wait that long, and it seemed borderline ridiculous that appointments weren’t set timely to allow for things to not go over.
The physicians assistant was very helpful And I liked how she explained everything thoroughly. She was good about asking my permission if I wanted to test for Providervid, flu or strep and she took her time with me. I never felt rushed.
