had blood test for TB and NP was unable to draw blood even trying both arms, not even half filled. It bruised and swollen a lot and had difficulty for several days having two small kids.
The provider was late. (I was on the app about to reschedule when she arrived.) After she got settled and called me back, or interactions felt very "checklist-y". She asked a lot of medical history/data entry questions, but didn't actually listen to my responses. Once we finally got around to why I was there (flu like symptoms), it was fine. It would have been more efficient to do the computer/history part while waiting for my tests to run
The Provider, my provider, was wonderful!

The Provider NP is an true gem. She makes each visit so comfortable and pleasant.
It was easy and convenient.
Despite an appointment, I still had to wait quite a bit. Then (not her fault), the patient sits around while the Nurse is adding all the info in the computer (could it be done by patient while we are in the waiting room on a provided computer?)
The doctor is really kind and intelligent. We were especially glad to have her as our physician.
