Location, waiting time, attention
I was a walk-in at 1:00 on Sunday. The attendant in charge was expecting a person with an appointment. I literally begged her to help me. I felt terrible. She hesitated, but took me back. She was so reassuring, and so professional. She gathered all my information, and took my vitals. She was asking questions and explaining things as we went through the examination. She was so patient and kind, she took her time and made me feel I was in good hands. I am 78 years old. She treated me with respect and listened attentively, never interrupted. She listened to my lungs and heart, very thoroughly. She prescribed medication and started me on the path to recovery. I wish she could be my doctor!
The Provider was amazing. She took the time to see me when it was close to closing time and was very thorough!
