We waited 45 minutes to be seen, were seen 30 min after our appointment time. No one being seen. The provider came out to call the next person and “thought” they had already seen us
Quick, affordable, convenient. The doctor/practitioner on staff was kind and knowledgeable.
The Nurse was very professional and communicative throughout the process of checking in and out. She informed all patients of their waiting time and she was punctual. She also advised me getting a pneumonia vaccine due to my age and I was thankful for her concern and advice. I did get the vaccine along with the vaccine I had scheduled. The service was excellent,
Knowledge of practitioner
had blood test for TB and NP was unable to draw blood even trying both arms, not even half filled. It bruised and swollen a lot and had difficulty for several days having two small kids.
The provider was late. (I was on the app about to reschedule when she arrived.) After she got settled and called me back, or interactions felt very "checklist-y". She asked a lot of medical history/data entry questions, but didn't actually listen to my responses. Once we finally got around to why I was there (flu like symptoms), it was fine. It would have been more efficient to do the computer/history part while waiting for my tests to run

There is no reason to make appointments if they don’t follow them anyway. Waited an hour and a half. Everyone was frustrated. It’s always this way. Either honor the time or don’t do appointments at all.
