Provider did an amazing job running the clinic alone while seeing patients. She was efficient, compassionate and explained my illness and how to take care of myself. 24 hours later I?m finally starting to feel better!

The provider was courteous, professional, and very friendly. She was juggling a lot of customers and had no help from any other staff. If she had an assistant, the whole process would have been even smoother, but she handled it with grace and professionalism.

The wait was a little long- about 30 minutes past my appointment time. The provider said she is working alone and is not sure how much longer the clinic may be operating.

Wait was way too long. We had an appointment at 4PM but didn't get seen until 4:45PM. And the fact that there is a vaccine check in window at the pharmacy and one with the computer self check in at the Minute Clinic creates confusion as to where we should be seen. Also we were there just for typical routine flu and covid shots but it took the NO way too much time for data entry and print outs. The shots given at the pharmacy booth by the tech was more efficient.

I was extremely satisfied. I ran into a couple of issues on my own and she(forgot her name sorry) was amazing and did more than just ccommodate our needs. Last minute sports physical for my daughter. I'm having and extremely rough time in our life and she made me feel like everything is going to be alright

I had a great experience at the MinuteClinic inside CVS. The appointment process was quick and stress-free, got my daughter vaccinated for school requirements and We usually go to a military hospital, and the scheduling there can take weeks. Now that I've discovered MinuteClinic at CVS, it's such a life saver! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone needing convenient care without the hassle!

People are friendly but it takes very long to get results on something that's important (even after checking My Chart and seeing that it is not populating though you've been told by customer support that results are ready). Also no one answers the phone when these issues are occurring.

The two ladies working at the clinic in Hampton, VA were extremely helpful, and friendly, and provided excellent care in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend the Minute-Clinic in Hampton to anyone.

This was my first visit to a CVS minute Clinic. And it certainly was a very pleasant experience. I was treated very nice. The staff was very very empathetic and very thorough. I was very grateful for them. Thank you for making this 1st experience so pleasant.

Sending your kid off to college 10 hours away from home is hard. Part of that is knowing that when they are sick there will be someone who can address their needs quickly. My daughter had been to an Urgent Care Center and Emergency room with no explanation of what was causing her issues. Not the case here. Diagnosis and testing got to the root of what had been causing her issues. Now this is the only place I will send her when away from home.

I can't remember the name of the 2nd nurse I dealt with, but she was amazing. I'm pretty good at knowing if peoples empathy are genuine or not, and hers was off the charts. I'm glad I choose that particular clinic

I made an appointment for 11am. I arrived early as per the check in emails and still was not seen until after 12:15. This was a waste of time.
