During my first visit for a screening required by my employer, it was difficult to check-in at the kiosk because there were contracted floor cleaners using a loud waxing machine. The cord for the machine was even on my shoes while I was checking in! Then while I waiting at a seat, one of the men asked me to put up my feet so he could clean under my chair, yet no one else were requested (there were 2-3 others waiting also). When the nurse came to get me, I couldn’t hear a thing she said. While driving out of the parking lot (in front of the store, the contractors had scattered their equipment far enough away from their vehicle that I accidentally drove over them! Then he approached me at my window and yelled at me. I was most disgusted with that ordeal! I’m not sure why: 1- the floor was being cleaned with heavy machinery during operating hours; 2- why contractors are allowed to park in the customer parking area. This was unusually unprofessional!

Helpful and respectful care

Showed up at 1st Minute Clinic appt and was told they didn't have vaccination I'd scheduled. Made a 2nd appt at a different clinic and was kept waiting. Providerractioner was then incredibly rude.

Super fast, friendly, and professional

Waiting over an hour an a half to been seen for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. I know some appointments can run longer than others, but this happens almost every time I visit one of the minute clinic locations. Not having appointment times scheduled every 10 minutes would probably help the clinician out immensely and not keep patients waiting well past their scheduled appointment time

My doctor was fabulous. She helped answer many questions and helped me figured out next steps in dealing with my issues. 10/10

The minute clinic is a great service to the community. The clinicians are top-notch and they take time to explain the recommended care.

The medical professional was kind and informative. I appreciated her professionalism, but she also made me feel at ease.

I scheduled an appointment with a Minute Clinic on Tuesday, 3/3 and arrived at my time. 45 minutes later, there were still 3 patients ahead of me. I had to leave so I rescheduled for the morning of 3/4. I got into the clinic looking to have some routine bloodwork and labs done and while the provider was incredibly kind, she sent me to a nearby LabCorp because their clinic was not suitable for taking bloodwork. That was not communicated to me and I feel like I wasted time going to the Minute Clinic when I could have just gone to LabCorp in general.

The Provider, the provider, was great. She had just the right mix of personable and professional. She listened to me, examined me, answered all of my questions and had me on my way quickly.
