These self-adherent wraps come in different sizes for different parts of the body. For the finger and wrist, it is recommended to use the 1-to-2-inch wrap. For the elbow, ankle, and foot, it is recommended to use 2-to-3-inch wraps. Unstretched, the wraps are 80 inches long, while stretched they average 180 inches in length. CVS Health Self-Adherent Gentle Wraps 3-inch are easy to use with 3 simple instructions. Make sure to clean the wound first and foremost with antibacterial soap, water, and gauze. Proceed to dry the area and if needed, apply medication. Secondly, cover the wound with non-stick bandages. Lastly, make sure the bandage is secure with tape. Overlap the tape and avoid wrapping it too tightly. Wrapping the area too tightly could result in cutting off circulation. Make sure to keep it clean and change bandages as needed.
